What this page covers

This page explains what this practice collects when you visit this website or send us a message, and how we keep it private.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, contact preferences and message you send. Please do not put medical details in the message. We collect only what you send us.

How we use it

We use your message to reply to you and to arrange a first session. We do not sell your information.

Records and confidentiality

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What you tell your clinician is confidential, with limits the law sets, such as a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or a report the law requires. Your clinician explains these limits at your first session.

Reaching you safely

If you share a device or a phone with someone, a message from us may be seen by them. Tell us how it is safe to reach you. The Quick exit button at the top of every page takes you to another site at once; closing a page does not clear your browser history, and a private window can help.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete messages that are not part of a clinical record, by writing to the email address on the contact page.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version replaces this one here.
